If for any reason you’re not totally happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 working days of delivery, in its original condition, for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us with your reason for returning the item and we will send you the returns address.
If your goods arrive damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll be happy to replace them free of charge.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we won’t be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made by us.
