When your order has been printed and dispatched you will get an email.

Depending on what shipping option you selected (can be found on your order confirmation email) this will contain a tracking link or for an untracked package a dispatch confirmation.

Sometimes the Shipping provider's tracking page lacks details, particularly with non-UK, US, or EU shipments so we use https://parcelsapp.com to double check. You can put your tracking number in here and it should show your package's full journey.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for orders to arrive.

We are seeing that orders with untracked shipping can take up to 15 working days (around 3 weeks) to arrive.
