How does Brexit affect shipping and Customs?

We no longer ship orders from the UK to the EU and vice-versa.

We have printers all over the world, including the UK, US, Australia, and the EU, and your order is automatically sent to the nearest printer.  It's highly unlikely your order will be subject to Customs or import fees if you live in any of these regions.

To be safe, please read our note about Customs charges below.

Customs:

Please be aware that shipments can be subject to customs delays that affect our delivery times and are out of our control, please also read the information regarding customs duties below.

All shipments outside the UK, EU, or US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them/the courier before they will release your shipment to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. You agree to indemnify us in full in respect of any such duties and taxes.

If your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from you local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to recharge postage to send it back out to you.
