When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email.

Depending on the shipping option selected (found on your order confirmation email) you will receive tracking info or, for an untracked package, a dispatch confirmation.

Sometimes the shipping provider's tracking page lacks details, particularly with non-UK, US, or EU shipments so we use https://parcelsapp.com to double check. Enter your tracking number and you should see your package's full journey.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to arrive.

Note: We are seeing that orders with untracked shipping can take up to 28 working days (around 4 weeks) to arrive. See our delivery times page for more details
